FAITH'S FAVORITE PAREVE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Here is my favorite pareve brownie recipe:
preheat oven 325
grease an 8x8 metal pan
In a pot on stove heat until boil 3/4 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons water and 3/4 cup canola oil. Remove from heat and add 1 cup pareve chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix. Add 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Add 1 cup chocolate chips. Bake about 25-28 minutes. Makes 12 small brownies. Doubles well for a 9x13 pan.
